Also announced today by Sony Ericsson is the J110 mobile phone, a candy-bar style phone featuring large keys and simple navigation. This would be a great phone for those who have a hard time seeing, and just want a pretty basic, yet good-quality phone. The Sony Ericsson J110 features one-click access to the mostly used features on the phone, which saves you from having to scroll through multiple menu screens. Navigation is also made simple through the single-icon display.
The Sony J110 phone features a 65k color STN screen, which is bright enough to allow for easy reading. The phone also has 9 hours of continuous talk time, which is pretty good for those who are always on the run with limited abilities to recharge throughout the day. The Sony J110 can also store up to 200 phone numbers.
The Sony Ericsson J110 will be available in Q2 2007 in selected markets. It will be available in three color choices, all of which will be accented with chrome details. Color options available include Soft Grey, Precious Purple, and Soft Cream.
