Sendo S330 is a dual band mobile phone with a candy bar styled body. This is an entry-level phone and so does not have the number of features available on more expensive models. However, for a budget phone there are several useful features included, such as the integrated GPRS and WAP technology, EMS messaging capability, and a choice of embedded games.
The display on the Sendo S330 has a resolution of 98 x 67 pixels and it can reproduce up to 4,096 different colours. This screen provides you with a good view of the phone?s menus, acts as a display for the onboard games, and is the means to view the pictures you send and receive in messages. With its EMS capability you are able to send and receive messages that combine text with simple pictures, animations and sounds.
There is a choice of screensavers, animations and wallpapers already in the phone, but you can download more of these over the air from a WAP site, if you wish to personalise the phone with some alternative content. Ringtones and icons can also be downloaded via EMS or Nokia Smart Messaging. In addition, as part of the fun side of using the S330, there is a good selection of 6 games embedded in the phone, although it is not possible to download any new ones.
As the Sendo S330 has built-in GPRS and WAP capability, this provides fast data transfer and access to the mobile Internet. The GPRS technology gives you an ?always on? connection, although you only pay for the amount of data that you actually use. By browsing the Internet you are able to access the information you need while on the move, and there are now many WAP sites that can offer you the services of news, sports, weather, traffic, or entertainment that help to keep you in touch with what is happening.
